Whether you are looking for a brick and mortar location or just simply curious about the history of some of our local buildings, On the Market is for you. The purpose of this a available building tour is to see empty buildings filled, spark ideas for Bowman County Development Corporation's Business Challenge, and bring attention to beautiful buildings that have so much life left in them. On the Market has the ability to spark growth, band our businesses together, beautify our city, and create jobs.

There are seven buildings included in this tour that are currently listed as for sale, lease, or rent. Several local realtors and building owners will be present to answer important questions regarding square footage, cost, condition, etc.

Not only will the specifications of each building will be highlighted, but we will also showcase local history, provide renderings of what some buildings could look like, and create a space for community members to leave ideas on what they want to see.

Each building will hold something new for you to explore, eat, or relive. The evening will end at the old Super Valu building on Main Street with a burger meal, s’mores bar, live music, and more! Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online at
